U.S. Embassy personnel, died after returning from a major weekend operation to dismantle "clandestine drug laboratories" in Morelos.

Yeah, you've got to watch out for jaundice or typhoid - whatever they became no longer alive from. Or maybe some people did something.

Still not clear what happened in this so-called accident.

What kind of accident are we talking about? An accidental ambush from Cartel members or maybe an accidental car bombing ,or just a good old fashion force you off the roadside cliff ,kinda accident. Just want to be clear.

Is this type of notice what I’ve read about as how the government characterizes deaths of employees during clandestine missions abroad? As unfortunate accidents, move along people, nothing to see here?

Some observations. If their deaths had operational importance there would be a cover story that made sense, answered questions, and felt “complete.” I conclude that it was an accident but that there are some embarrassing details that someone thought was politically or personally damaging. And that person so embarrassed was important enough for an incomplete press release, but not important enough for a cover story.

What happened? Did they drink the water? Didn’t anyone tell them not to drink the water?

Close the embassy and kick the pendejos out of DC. Stop all traffic both ways at the border. Then do Canada.
