Nattokinese does not mix well with my aspirin and thin blood.
Makes me bleed. I have tried pretty much everything on the different lists.
I adjust things depending on my blood work and symptoms. Doing OK to good.
So sorry you’re having to deal with all of these issues, but, it sounds like you have a good grasp of what works for your situation.
