IIRC—_THE ORIGINAL LAW HAD A 25 YEAR EXEMPTION RULE.

AFTER THE LAW WAS PASSED, THEY CANCELLED THAT 25 YEARS RULE.

MY TRUCK IS 50 YEARS OLD.

MY CAR IS 47 YEARS OLD.
