wrong again The enactors of the Fourteenth Amendment NEVER intended what you claim it means.. Just because treasonous beotch JohnRoberts is on your side doesn't make it correct. Fly over (or even over), drop a baby and presto US citizenship. I seriously don't understand why you are so pleased with this insanity ?!

Pretty sure that every serious constitutional scholar would disagree with you... Just because you think you're right... It doesn't make you right. The Supreme Court will not change birthright citizenship, or interpret it in any way other than the way it was written...

Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

How you could possibly read the above words from the United States constitution and determine that it doesn't mean American's are entitled to birthright citizenship is beyond me, and obviously beyond anybody else's understanding. Your interpretation is incorrect.
