I got the gozintas and gosoutas covered. But I have a freezer full of chicken feet and don’t know what to do with them.
As long as they are in partial closed position, just attach them to the end of a used arrow shaft with some string wrapping, and they make excellent back scratchers.
You cook them in an instapot til the insides turn to jelly, then you batter them and fry them. Just don’t forget to cut the toenails off first. (You can use the same batter you use for pig’s tails.)
