Allow? There's nothing China can do about it. They don't have a blue water navy.
While I disagree w/the wording of your question, I'm encouraged to see that at least someone on this and related threads realizes who the actual 2 principals in this war are.
The real war is between the U.S. China (PRC) and it is a petro war that involves the PRC's attempt to replace the U.S. dollar w/the Yuan in order to achieve China's goal of world hegemony.

They can’t stop it or end it.
Once there is a declared blockade, we have the right to prevent entry or exit by ships flagged under third party countries, including China. That includes boarding and disabling. If China wish to defy that they would have to break our blockade by attacking our ships. They will not do that.
Well ...if China challenges us, we will back off the blockade ...then we destroy Kharg and other pumping stations ability to pump, so China is completely cut off...they would have to buy other oil(Saudi, u.s., venezuela/US)...in meantime, if China doesn’t help us get rid of Iran forever(and the houtis also), we will do it, reopen the oil in Iran and sell it to China at the appropriate price. Saudis will be able to ship oil out of the red sea to the locals(without the Houtis).
Unless China doesn’t want that, it will help in the destruction of Iran...
