It’s a damned shame. Giuliani cleaned up the city and made Times Square a respectable place. I could hardly believe the change when I stepped out of the Port Authority bus station and walked out onto 42nd St. I hadn’t been there for a while and it was a pleasant surprise. But ever since it’s been democrat run it’s declined rapidly into a sewer, and it’s going to get worse. My niece and her husband are moving out and so are many others. Just a damned shame, and N.Y. City isn’t the only one. Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, etc.
Port Authority has been a sewer on and off since I can remember. I never saw the finished renovations. But they did have that automated sculpture upstairs with the billiard balls, and other attractions.
