How to eat hedgehog
The hedgehog when disturbed or cornered will roll into a defensive ball.
Locate a small stream and scoop up a couple of hand fills of mud or clay,
Roll hedgehog in clay
Bake over open fire until clay is hard
When cool peel off clay and attached spines
Remove innards
Rest is tasty meal
Tastes like chicken but somewhat gamey.
