They would be considered more of a stryker rather than a car. They are covered in armor to protect against small arms and even defeat multiple hits from .50 caliber BMG rounds, 7.62mm, and 30-06 armor-piercing ammunition. And it comes in a 4 X 4 off road version. They can get up to 10 mpg of diesel but run with a 6.7L engine. So small animals to include man don’t stand up. Cost is somewhere between $300K and $400K depending upon the options that can include features such as heavy-duty batteries, hydraulic rams, custom lighting, surveillance cameras, and upgraded armor packages (e.g., higher ballistic protection). That, of course, will increase the base cost.
