They expire at about the same time, and Congress is unlikely to allow more.

Of course it also gives Iran another out: Delay and delay until Congress shuts everything down.
Anyway #1, I wonder how that Congressional vote would go. If only a few GOP members defect, the game is over.
Anyway #2, Trump could call the War Powers Act unconstitutional, and keep the war going. Then what? Impeachment?
