Wild theory: Democrats attracted blacks and migrants to urban areas, and tolerated outrageous crime levels, knowing that violence drives whites away, thus ensuring the Dems of control of America’s cities. Once under Dem control, the cities become giant fraud centers to rig state and federal elections. I’m not a big conspiracy theorist, but if the Dems didn’t plan and run this operation over decades, they sure are lucky.
