I assume not. That would be sexist.
If they made a men’s only area in the gym (some) women would start wanting to access to that mens only space. The mens only space would be ruined, and after the passage of time, those same women would demand that men be excluded from that (originally men’s) area again. A new men’s area could be created, but it would start the cycle all over again.
I hope so!!! Men and women both need their own spaces.
I would sign up for that of course lawsuits would begin immediately
