I would assume that is a lie as well. She looks like he invited her in and offered to drive her around the block or something like that, which she may have innocently accepted. Does not appear injured, coerced, or afraid in any way.

So he took her elsewhere not to escape discovery or false accusations but because he thought it was the perfect opportunity to get away with gratify himself, and these sickos feed on the fear of their victims . He claims he was worried about the parents’ possible reaction to “a car accident” as if they somehow wouldn’t be more angry about a rape and murder of their daughter. Note wasn’t worried about his victim’s reactions— he doesn’t even recognize her as a human being, she was just an object to him.
