“a new wax seal”
In Florida, I found that the wax will go soft and the connection will leak.
I now use a compressed foam seal and it works.
I’ve been watching YouTubes and this comes up a lot versus wax;

Well it turned out to be pointless.
When they threw it outside they broke the tank.
It was not a cheap toilet.
So I got a wooden seat at Lowe’s tonight.
At least it won’t feel like it’s gonna break and impale my arse.
Now gotta figure out how to change them.
Blast if I can see how the “ hidden” bolts come out.
