Of course, Barry is against it. No document in existence legally proves
he qualifies for US citizenship from birth. All such US documents that he or his representatives have put forth that purport to show his US citizenship are fraudulent and/or forged (that is, prior to Barry's 2004 US Senator passport, which some might interpreted as proof thereof, but aren't).
John O. Brennan, as President of Analysis Corp., a contractor to the State Department had its hands on original passport application documents for him-who-shall-not-be-named and Barry in the run-up to the 2008 presidential election.
Here, a few evidences of the fraudulence of Barry's Long Form Birth Certificate (LFBC). The Hawaii Department of Health Director, CIA asset "Loretta Fuddy," procurer of Barry's "offishal" LFBC, was given a faked death when it became clear she believed she could not lie convincingly without giving herself away before Congress, a court, or lie detection equipment.
Just a couple more points.
The bend at the left of Barry's purported LFBC was supposedly from placing the "book" of LFBCs on a copy machine, but this image from Barry's "original" shows that the supposedly typed material on the LFBC was actually a computer-generated overlay and wasn't part of the 1961, typewriter-generated text. The image above shows an example where the text doesn't bend as it should have if the typewriter text were part of the original paper LFBC. IOW, the LFBC is clearly shown to be a post-original forgery. As Hawaii legal birth and death documents repeatedly say, "ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE."
Regarding J.O. Brennan's involvement with purported original passport application documents, Lieutenant Quarles Harris, Jr. was unavailable for comment. No court document purports to seal or supersede Barry's original LFBC on the occasion of the marriage of Stanley Ann Dunham to Lolo Soetoro, or the latter's claimed adoption of little Barry. Also, no court document shows Barry to have been naturalized as a US citizen.

The other birth certificate was found to have his sisters name that was removed and replaced with his. You could see the faded name still.
