I think about it, and a lot of it, is that people don’t have shared experiences anymore.

When we were growing up, we listened to the same music, watched the same movies, etc. Now everybody has their own “soundtrack”, heck they can even make their own music. It just seems so empty.

I remember park rangers gathering all the campers together by the main fire and leading everyone in songs: 'My name is John Johnson, I live in Wisconsin...'

I miss the shared experiences. Now, everyone's nose is buried in a screen.
