I agree. The Q thread is not a good place to make into a news aggregator, especially when the Forum is serving that purpose.
A list of popular websites recommended by FReeQs might help. I could link a list of recommended sites to the preamble at the start of the thread. Then peeps could always browse those links like a news stand conveniently.

Now that right there is very funny. There is so much on the open forum that I don’t want to read that I no longer go there. There are many posts from liberal sources that I’d never visit on my own (New York Times, Yahoo, etc.), lots of liberal posters and even some Trump haters. I could wear out my scroll button over there so I just stopped going.
I’m probably in the minority here, but I like it when posters bring news to our thread. I rarely go out to the main forum (ever since we were quarantined here) and like having news that relates to topics in the Q drops. A sentence or two to give me the gist is great because then I know if I want to click on it.
I will bow to the majority decision.
Thanks RN. Pretty sure I have been on every Q thread since the beginning. Unless I have something worthwhile to post I just post a period. And yes it is a placemarker as well. I chose a period way back when for a reason. Tiniest looking marker. 😀
We have been in the Enjoy the show mode for awhile now and the delta mode and I continue to come here for intel regarding those. The rest of FR serves a greater audience and purpose IMO. Regards and Happy Easter to all.
I want to add any links to truth social are extremely valuable (lots of comms especially from Scavino), as not all of us are on TS.
With no disrespect, I do use this thread a somewhat a news aggregator because the best minds on FR put top quality information here with their source link. I don’t enjoy going to the general forum as much because of contentious posts. While that is true I don’t care necessarily for a long synopsis of links. A brief statement about the content and then I can decide if I want to go there.
I like your idea of letting people give a link to skip the post. I think the brief description with the link saves broadband. Together this would allow people like myself the freedom to chose while still having all the wealth of information available.
