I asked Grok about Pieczenik and see that he co-wrote some of Clancy's later books, but not mention of him in earlier books (e.g., The Sum of All Fears, Clear and Present Danger.
In a November 2016 video, Pieczenik accurately outlined Hillary's coup attempt, and the intel community's plan to counter the coup, more than a year before Q told us about it.

I had previously posted my opinion that Obama had been limited or controlled by 2014, because he would not (could not) 'finish the job' his State Department (HRC) started in overthrowing the Ukraine, by supplying Ukraine with 'lethal' weapons to start a war with Russia. I believe this is the reason why Trump purposefully calls attention to the fact, saying 'Obama just sent blankets'.
Hillary's arrest on 9/11/2016 happened during Obama's presidency. Those who arrested Hillary were not concerned that Obama could interfere with their plans, or that Hillary's people could retaliate to free her. (Trump hinted Hillary Clinton was terminated July 2023.)
Hillary Clinton was tagged and bagged going forward from her 9/11 arrest. If Hillary were free and the Deep State infrastructure was still in place, we would have had false flags and retaliatory 'suicides'. Obama was no slouch in criminal activity- if he wanted to stop the arrest/prosecution of Hllary Clinton, his Muslim Brotherhood and other connections (Iran, NK etc.) would have been activated.
If Obama was free to act when Hillary Clinton was arrested, he would have stepped in to help launch the war Hillary was supposed to start as her portion of the 16 year plan to destroy America before it was 'too late'. The White Hats would not arrest her if they believed Obama or Hillary could use their connections to enact mayhem, which seems to indicate Obama and HIllary were silenced. So I believe both were captured/neutralized by the time of 9/11/2016, as were their Cabal connections.
Therefore, I believe Pieczenik's Nov 2016 statements indicate Obama, Hillary and any others capable of creating havoc in the US were controlled before then based on his accurate counter-coup info, and his promise that the team was going to stop Obama from giving himself a presidential pardon! He would not have said any of this if Obama was still at large.
Obama's takedown was not broadcast like Hillary's arrest. I think the White Hats could benefit by concealing his takedown for an extended period. They could let Obama's handlers believe the Cabal still controlled him (or Hillary for that matter). I think the White Hats could use Obama or an Obama puppet to collect evidence and forewarning of foreign enemies controlling him, and that is in part information they used to take down foreign controllers.
Pieczenik talks about the numerous arrests they'd already made and the arrests they were preparing to make in 2021. He mentioned Pelosi, and said people don't realize that Spec Ops raided the capitol and collected Pelosi's laptop at that time. He also mentions 2021 as a 'full military coup'.
President Trump would never 'wait' to stop people from overthrowing America or killing him. Pieczenik told us Obama was neutralized by 2016 if not sooner. Current videos of Obama interviews now appear to be a younger, non-evil, humble, carefree version of Barack. It was helpful of the Joe Biden stand-in (actor) to publicly point out a likely Biden stand-in 2 weeks ago.
