Anyone without capability to get a valid ID has failed the IQ test to be allowed to vote.

My understanding (always a dubious proposition) is that it has been proposed that if a prospective voter is unable to obtain a valid ID, he (or she) would have the option to sign an affidavit in person at the polling place that affirms that they are indeed citizens and elligible to vote at that particular voting precinct. This gives the prospective voter one last chance if they prove unable to obtain a proper ID. It also definitely makes the voter fully responsible if they are engaging in fraud. What objections could anyone have to that?

Yup…

Anyone without capability to get a valid ID has failed the IQ test to be allowed to vote. Most of Congress most likely had a tutor to help them figure it out.
