I am not a legal beagle, but from I’ve read he pleaded down to reckless driving for the 2017 offense and never lost his license . He got a pass for the LA accident in 2021 that nearly cost him his leg. Unless their is some legal carry over from the 2017 reckless driving charge, this is likely to be considered his first DUI.
Technically a first DUI. But judges also look at patterns of behavior, and whether the behavior has continued or stopped. This points to continuing behaviors. It’s sheer luck that the only person injured in these events has been himself.
