President Trump ended two days of guessing Thursday by saying that Iran had gifted him 10 “big boats” of oil in a show of goodwill.

My interpretation is that President Trump is trolling here.

Those tankers are going to China, Korea, and Japan. Some kind of "deal" was made. I wonder if they paid the Iran "toll charges".

Not that anybody is going to tell us what is really going on.
