Thanks for the reply.   I am retired from Verizon Business, as a technician and program and project management consultant.   I was one of those guys who helped build the Internet and its precursors, MCI Mail, the first commercial email services in the United States and predates the widespread adoption of the Internet, National Science Foundation Network (NSFNET), Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET).
