President Trump dropped the biggest Truth bomb regarding child trafficking to the world and he did it right in the faces of the UN globalist elites who facilitate it.

Yes, child victimization by elites is a real thing. I don’t know if it can entirely explain such large numbers of missing children, but it’s a real thing.

US consumption probably didn't rise to that level, but traffickers collect children in a country and distribute them to other countries for sexual abuse, consumption etc. Trump's Dec 20, 2017 Executive Order hit trafficking hard. So the US traffickers could still make money via export of children. But Gabbard seems to refer to a pre-born which would not be kept alive or suitable for organ harvest in a remote location. That leaves *shudder* sacrifice and/or consumption.
