British pedophile pop star Gary Glitter, whose 1972 glam-rock hit “Rock and Roll Part 2” soundtracks the iconic staircase scene in the movie “The Joker,”

I remember how omnipresent this tune was in sports venues back in the day, especially at NHL games when the home team would score a goal. After this degenerate was convicted and sentenced, you never heard it again.

They still play it sadly. Of course, after his conviction, Universal Music Group owns all rights and the pedophile isn’t paid for using the song. Still, it goes under what Albert Mohler wrote in 2013 about church music.

The pedophilia conviction makes his music inappropriate for sport usage.
