Good for you!
In 2020 I only walked about a mile every day. Since then my average for 5 years has been 3.6 miles daily, which I believe has fended off most health problems.
Most of my activity is taking care of my house and yard, so the winter is less active (the yard part). I’m not big on ladders either.

Indeed. Going to keep going for sure. Still building my business to give to my daughters when I retire.
