Xlnt point. Lots of drug addled “loafers” in Santa Barbara area with self righteous fury. I would hate to see Sta. Barbara turned into a slick corporate tourist trap, but they have the means to keep it a laid back, easy going respite and solve their pressing water and environmental needs and keep it “chill”
