Free ticket to Uganda.
Uganda, at least, doesn't cave to the "international community" on active perversion. They are benefitting from a greatly reduced STD transmission rate (including AIDS) because of it. Their Anglican Church is also the leader of a breakaway faction than the home church in England. Their version is remarkably more sane. I'm rooting for Uganda.
Somalia, on the other hand . . .
