Speaking of refineries, it was announced last week that America First Refining (AFR) will build the first new, large-scale U.S. oil refinery in nearly 50 years at the Port of Brownsville, Texas.
It's about dang time!
The last new refinery built was the Chevron plant in Pascagoula Miss. 1969.
