Sorry, as an oldster dealing with Gen Z-ers, that is DEFINITELY not my experience.

They treat coming into work as optional, and quit without telling you they are doing so. Among other things.

Reminds me of me when I started working in the early ‘70s. Like me, most of them will outgrow it and shape up.

Start time is 7:30? You mean like AM? Is that flexible?

I usually have a yoga class on Wednesdays at 9, I'll need an hour and a half off on those days .

what holidays do you pay off? My birthday is definitely a day off.
