Lol, yes, the criminals or terrorists who did the theft and the civilians/people they are interacting with and exposing themselves and their activities to, may crack for a reward.

Do you think the reward is for the law enforcement investigators? What in the world are you talking about?

The failure of the military to do it’s job. The reward is having a job, being fed, and paid on a regular basis.

If they are the military, that’s who it’s aimed at. The military already committed to the protection and retrieval process and should not be rewarded. Those that let them disappear by not doing their job and those that stole them should be punished under a few articles in the UCMJ. And there is a strong possibility that someone knows what happened since it happened six months ago and are again not doing their job by assisting in the retrieval but are wishing to be rewarded for their failures.
