I divorced my one and only husband in 1979, and raised our two sons alone. He hasn’t had contact with his sons for at least 40 years. He remarried and moved out of state. Doesn’t even know his youngest son is a cancer survivor. Had I not divorced him, I never would have accomplished the things I did in my life.
