As I've said before, Big Tech need to be regulated like utilities.....ie no discriminatory provision of service. They MAY NOT censor anyone for anything other than "CLEARLY ILLEGAL" speech....so no kiddie porn, terroristic threats, etc. Otherwise no censorship allowed.

If you want to run a message board like this one and others which has limited size/reach. Fine. You can ban and censor. If you're running a huge social media company? Nope! They no more get to ban or censor than the power company gets to refuse you service because they don't like your politics. Too damn bad for the power company. Article 20, clause 2 is why the UK censors/punishes people.

The US is a state party to the Covenant too. What is being done in the UK could happen here.
