Interestingly, the Form 990 has an oddity: "Robert G Cornuke / 34 Rue de Lynn Sedona AZ 86339 / Colorado Springs, AZ 80918" combined with the address for the IRS: 7086 Bell Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, which is the address of an attorney no longer in practice, not Cornuke.
