Trump would never do what Barack Obama did re the GM and Chrysler bondholders before the administration brokered bankruptcies in 2009. He called the bondholders “speculators” and was totally dismissive of their interests. Bonds have liquidation preferences printed on their face. Obama graduated from Harvard Law School.
