There was a time when you'd hear jazz programming on AM
stations. At night the signals would travel far and wide.
I remember falling asleep listening to WHAM 1180 and WMAL
630, both which were jazz stations way back in the day.

So much variety...so much learning when jazz is on the radio.

My local public radio plays jazz every night from 6pm to midnight. FM.

Classical the rest of the time.

Nothing but music.

Oh, and they’ll play the Metropolitan Opera Matinee tomorrow at 10am PST.
