A casino built in 2008 went kablamo -- not even 18 years, about the same length as the "new" Charlotte Coliseum before it went kablamo -- this week in Las Vegas. Residential area is the plan for the area but it will be next to casinos.

I was in Charlotte at the time - I remember there was some ‘artist’ who ‘designed’ HUGE round shrubs that looked like balls rolling downhill and was paid an astronomical amount for that crap. I wonder what happened to those.
