The coolest part of that video is the sailors running up to the forepeak after the explosion.
Blew off her stern, broke her back just aft of the stack. She would have sunk quickly.
Submarines are deadly when properly used.
I watched that greyscale (probably IR) video several times. Never saw anyone running on the foredeck.
