This will immediately get back to the Iranian government and military and let them know it is greatly to their benefit to fully give up, now.
I doubt Trump even plans to be doing any major bombing anywhere near that amount of time. It is a threat that sounds real.
I think Trump is just trying to scare the Iranian military out of their job. We know they’re following pre-proscribed instructions in case of attack. If they flee, then it’s over.

The first attack was a near perfect decapitation strike taking out the political and military leadership. Targets for Iran's drones were likely hit along with air defenses.
Iran has lost any effective political or military leadership, has no defenses and no bargaining chips left to play.
Trump is telling what is left of Iran's government to surrender or it will get worse, and there is nothing they can do about it.
