In the Frazzledrip video, Hillary and Huma tortured a child, removed her face and then Hillary wore it as a mask.
When asked about Frazzledrip in the hearing, Hillary puts her hands to her face in a manner some say indicates she is reliving the event.
Prior to reading those comments, I watched the testimony and thought she smiled inappropriately and something was off in her manner. It was if she was basking in fame or glamorous limelight when asked if she knew about the Frazzledrip file.

💥It is highly likely that she reacted to the question by unconsciously rapidly reliving it in her mind, her body then recreated movements based on stored memory - so she put the skin on her face and made the same facial expression and smile she made in the moment that was captured on video.
