We actually do use Rota Spain at least a bit. Our Mediteranean supply ships pull in there to buy fresh stuff, veggies, froots, and the like, to spread around the fleet. I expect we can find the veggies someplace else but this would really hurt the local folks who have gotten used to the bizness? The head Spaniard needs to mind his manners.
