When a politician in the West says something critical about Islam, he gets a week’s worth of attention, at best, too often quite hostile attention, and then the brief contretemps between supporters of the message and defenders of the faith (the faith being Islam) is soon forgotten. But this time, the broadside against Islam was delivered by John Cleese, he of Monty Python and Fawlty Towers fame.....
When cremated, some of the previous guy’s cremains are still in the incinerator and mixed in with yours. A bit of you is left and mixed in with the guy after you.
Embalming is quite invasive. I don’t like the thought of somebody messing with my body after I’m gone.
I’d rather be buried “as is” in a plain pine box, in consecrated ground. But I doubt I’ll be able to find anyone who’ll do that.

He was briefly into a decades-long sentence and I guess he decided life just wasn’t worth living. It may have been an informed decision on his part since there would never be any children available to him in prison.
