from what I've read, it is not necessary to be a US citizen in order to vote in DC?? right?
so, if that's the case, and jury selection pool is taken from the voter's rolls, then it is not necessary to be a US citizen to be on a jury in DC
so, what happens to a US citizen being guaranteed a speedy trial by a jury of his peers????
