To bulk up the way he did, yes, he would need that much, for maintenance, loss from extra exercise and actually adding muscle. The guy came out looking ready for amateur competition. That 200 grams is for the bulk up phase, for the cut phase he can cut way back, but not one can of tuna, unless that was only for a very short time. When, going through the cut phase you lose muscle, so, to come out with bigger than he went in he would need the 200g protein for most of those seven months.

You obviously have never listened to any of Tommy Robinson’s post prison interviews where he repeatedly explains his prison regimen. A regimen that does not bulk you up.
He was basically having to subsist on a few cans of tuna he could get from the prison store because he was thrown in with a horde of Muslims who had access to the prison food supply and he was afraid of being poisoned. Most of his time was spent in solitary confinement with one hour per day in a small e,decide yard.
