The Palestinians (including Palestinian Christians) are not Arabs. True, they are often called Arabs because they speak Arabic (an artifact of being conquered by Arabic speaking Muslims). But they, like the Jews, are actually a Levantine people descended from Hebrews, Samaritans, etc. The genetics don’t lie (and please note the article at the first link was written by an Israeli Jew):

My experience with Christian Palestinians in the ME and Haiti through the fairly famous mourra family and the various prominent families of that ME ethnicity in Mississippi like Davids and Maloufs and Saiks and Iupes and so on is that generally speaking they are for lack of a better distinguishing description
