The info is the semi driver and truck was a hazard on that road. There’s really no other way to remove the hazard.
Law enforcement has their procedures. But hey, feel free to contact the thousands of jurisdictions and tell ‘em all how stupid they are.
Stupid is as stupid does. Voluntarily stopping two cars on the side of highway, were drivers travel at high speeds and with well known regularity leave designated lanes to impact cars sitting off the road, is stupid.
Parking on the side of the highway creates a hazard as can be seen on this incident. I do not see how making a traffic stop is worth becoming hazard and putting lives in jeopardy.
I think most jurisdictions already know how stupid taking this risk is. But traffic stops must be worth risking life and limb.
