Oh it is bad, the state has been moving judges around and a low-income housing complex was just forced through the court by one of the “roaming judges” now forcing the building of the structure in a remote conservative county where there are no jobs. The judge dismissed the county objections, take one guess the gender and racial makeup of the judge.
Make that make sense, move more homeless where thee is even less opportunity to work and even less infrastructure to support them, right in the middle of single-family homes. This stuff is intentional.
