Naah, fly in dozens of drones. Don’t drop bombs, drop chum. Even in winter the Caribbean is warm enough to support thousands of sharks. Imagine the video of each little boat being circled by shark fins. Then, when they find there in only blood in the water there will be a cannibalistic feeding frenzy around every one of the boats.
