People are too wrapped up in the digital world.
As a matter of fact I’ve been staying off FR more recently for that very reason.
I’ve never had a Facebook, Instagram or any other social media account and yet my life somehow goes on just fine.
What a concept right?

As a recovering political addict I do the same. I might disappear for a week or a few years. When the level of stupid reaches a certain height ( like it is now) I just bail and go back to the real world. Life is too short to waste it listening to anonymous strangers babble on and on about nothing.
I agree with you. We're better off getting propaganda from CNN and print media from sources such as the Washington Post and the New York Times.
