She’s heartbroken. Can’t work. Slowly realizing her mother has been murdered. It’s awful for her and for whatever did happen to her mother.
Prob Nancy Guthrie died early on or was murdered early on. They cannot prove her existence because she is not alive and no way to collect without proof of life.
I would be paralyzed with grief if I were her. Those animals don’t care if her mother is comfortable, has medicine or is traumatized. I would spend the rest of my days grieving and only focus on my family forever.
