I watched the movie. To this day, I don’t believe I would want to watch it again. I understood the greatness of Anthony Hopkins when I saw that movie.
“I don’t believe I would want to watch it again.”
That was how I felt when I read 1984. I got to the end, and I said, that was a great book, and I’m glad I read it. But if you held a gun to my head and said: read it again, I’d say “pull the trigger”.
